Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote / low-serviceability areas: up to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value — this will be reflected at checkout.

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability for your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thepocketritual.in with your order number and we will investigate with our courier partner.

7. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend noting this with the courier and contacting us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
